90-Day Return Policy
At Foot Essential, one of our goals is to provide great products with exceptional customer service attached. That's why we give you a full 90 days, from date of order, to return or exchange a product.
Returning an Item
You may return most new, unopened items within 90 days of order date for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 3-7 business days of us receiving your package.
All custom products, such as custom insoles and custom orthotics, are non-returnable due to the nature of the product. If you have any issues with your custom product, please contact one of our customer service representatives at (888) 740-FOOT.
Steps to Return an Order
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Fill out the form, and once your return has been approved, use the included return label to send the product back to us. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
You may receive your refund via the same method you paid with or with store credit. If you choose to receive store credit, the cost for the return shipping will be on us!
Exchanging an Item
The policy to exchange an item is identical to that of returning one. If you choose to exchange your item, the shipping cost for the return will be on us.
Late Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 90-day period from the date of the order for returns and exchanges to be made. After this period, returns & exchanges will be accepted until one year from the date of purchase, minus a 15% restocking fee. Shoe orders returned during the late period are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Damaged/Incorrect Products Received
If for some rare, unfortunate reason you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately and we will take care of the issue. To ratify our mistake, the return shipping will be on us as well as the shipping for a replacement product back to you. Please contact us if you receive an incorrect or damaged product by email, at email@example.com, or by phone during our business hours.
We offer gift certificates for various occasions. To purchase a gift certificate, click "Gift Certificates" at the top of the page and follow the instructions. Gift certificates are non-refundable and expire one year from purchase.
