Loading... Please wait...In order to get the most support, comfort, and prescription-like benefits from your orthopedic shoes, they need to be paired with custom insoles. It is not just enough to buy orthopedic shoes, you need to ensure that you get the all-day comfort and support you deserve. The custom insoles that come with your shoes are molded to your feet, therefore they are specially designed for you. It is no longer viable to purchase any old insoles off the self because your feet deserve the best, and that is exactly what we provide here at Foot Essential.
What kind -- your kind. Off the shelf insoles are no match for the custom insoles we provide. All three layers of our custom inserts are made with EVA for superior heel and ankle stability. Although off the shelf insoles provide temporary relief, they are generic, meaning they do not directly address your needs. Stick with the Podiatrist-aproved and tested method that has been in use in Podiatry clinics for years!

Step 1: The Foam Box
After your place your order, we send you your very own foam box to make a mold of your feet. Making a mold is easy, just follow the simple instructions included with the foam box. Once you make your mold, pack up the foam box and use the free shipping label included with it to send the foam box off to the lab!
Step 2: The Lab
Once the lab receives the foam box, they get to work on your custom insoles. The foam box is put into a digital scanner, where a 3D model of your foot impression is made. After this, the digital scan is sent to be milled. The insoles truly are custom -- they are made to mirror your feet exactly how they are.
Step 3: Your Doorstep
Once your custom insoles are made, we send them to you along with your shoes. All you have to do is enjoy!
